Hello! My name is Sarah Botta and I am a Wedding and Portrait Photographer. The feel of a 4x6 image in my hands reliving captured memories is what lead to me falling in love with photography when I was only 6! It wasn’t until after I got married in 2013, I turned my love for photography into a business. My style is romantic, elegant, classic portraits full of beautiful light. When I’m not photographing anything you can find me enjoying a cup of coffee either from a local coffee shoppe or on the couch with my husband and daughter, exploring the great outdoors, swimming or skiing. I’m known for smiling a lot, being adventurous, enjoying and adapting to any situation. I adore working with adventurous, head-over-heels in love couples and can’t wait to tell your story.
On my blog I share my recent work, wedding planning tips, as well as stories from my latest travels and adventures.

Welcome to the world Emily! Emily made her grand entrance into the world a few days early. We scheduled her newborn session for a Saturday morning and that morning we woke up to so much ice we rescheduled a few days later. We had heard we might get bad weather and ice so I’m glad we were prepared and had a plan B. We rescheduled Emily’s newborn session and when her brother Jackson walked in the door I was shocked to see how much he had grown! I first met this family 2 years ago for a fall mini session. Jackson was around 2 years old at the time and now he doesn’t even look the same! Now at 4 year old he was a lot more talkative, so much taller, and loved his baby sister already! I got a lot of super cute photos of them and the whole family.
We started off by taking photos with Emily and mom, brother Jackson, Dad, and family photos. We then transitioned the session to focus on Emily. She looks so much like her beautiful mother already! Newborn photos on the beanbag are my favorite because you really get to see how small, pure, and new they are. Photographing your newborn is the best investment you can make. Your newborn will never be that small again which is why I love newborn photography. These moments are so special and I am here to capture them!
I loved getting to catch up with mom to see how they have been the last two years. It’s neat seeing how they have grown, new jobs, new house, and it’s all very exciting. Enjoy images of newborn Emily and her family!
