Summer Shenandoah Valley Engagement

May 29, 2019

Have you ever spoken to someone over the phone or in person and immediately felt a connection? A connection that you know it’s a good fit and you just have to work with that person? That was me with Hope on our very first call. I remember her email inquiry coming in and I said her name out loud. Danny loved her name because it was similar to a road name he used to live on. She booked me, almost immediately after our call because she knew she finally found the “perfect photographer” her words not mine. She said she searched and searched for photographers and finally came across my website and had to talk with me. The rest is history!

Since then we have spoken several times, getting to know each other, helping answer any questions she has as she plans her dream wedding, and scheduled her and Brandon’s engagement session in May so everything would be lush and green. She had a vision of open fields and green grass for her engagement session so I met them in Front Royal in the Shenandoah Valley.

Hope and Brandon chose Front Royal for their engagement session location since it’s a location special to them and you really can’t beat those views!! We spent the most gorgeous summer evening along the Shenandoah River with the most amazing mountain views. We even saw little baby foxes running around! We watched them play and all wanted to take one home. They were the cutest and so fluffy!! Hope and Brandon were so much fun to hang with and are so photogenic!! They are such troupers walking and sitting in tall grass. I could tell they had a lot of fun during their engagement session as well. I’m so thankful for couples like them!

See a few of my favorites from Brandon and Hope’s Summer Shenandoah Valley Engagement Session. These two will say I do this October.
