In 2018, I had the honor of photographing Jess and Marty’s wedding day. Fast forward to 2023, and I find myself embarking on another chapter of their beautiful journey – capturing their maternity session as they eagerly await the arrival of their first child. So much excitement and joy surround them as they anticipate their upcoming August due date. What makes this journey even more special is that they have chosen to keep the baby’s gender a surprise, adding an extra layer of anticipation and delight to this precious time.
We embraced a spirit of adventure during their Shenandoah River Maternity Session and captured their maternity moments in the Shenandoah River – a photography ambition I’ve held for quite some time. From capturing their love-filled wedding to these precious moments of their pregnancy, I have been fortunate to be part of their journey. It’s a privilege to document the evolution of their love story and witness the incredible moments that life continues to gift them.
As August draws near, we all eagerly await the arrival of their bundle of joy. Looking forward to finding out if they have a girl or boy!!
