Winchester Front Porch Session

filed under

What an interesting year it has been. 2020 has been tough for a lot of people. Though it’s been a tough year, some really great things have come out of the year. For the Odle family, they brought their precious little boy, Ford, home to their gorgeous Chip and Joanna look-a-like farm house in Winchester. Because of Covid, front porch sessions became extremely popular. It was a way families could have updated portraits while still maintaining social distancing. While this Winchester Front Porch Session was taken months after the stay-at-home orders were lifted, I thought it was such a great idea for Ashley to want a front porch session with her family. I mean when you have a front porch like this, why would want to have photos taken anywhere else?!

The Odle’s home reminded me of all the gorgeous home Chip and Joanna’s flip. When I drove up to their home, through the trees, I was in awe at how beautiful and peaceful it was out there. There were chickens in our images, walking around the porch, and I felt like this home was straight out of Home and Garden’s Magazine. Absolutely stunning! Their beautiful little girl was so photogenic and at the end was holding her newborn brothers hand. Talk about a way to melt your heart!

So thankful I was able to photograph this family and see their gorgeous home. See a few of my favorites below.
