As a photographer, I always love swapping sessions with other photographers. Rosie and I have swapped sessions before and I couldn’t wait to do it again. We photographed their Virginia Arboretum Family Session on a gorgeous September day. With little kiddos, it’s always hard getting images because they have their own minds and would rather be running around. In just 20 minutes we got the cutest images of their family and Rosie and Alex with each child. There was lots of airplane tossing, tickling, and a few running around breaks.
The Virginia Arboretum is one of my favorite locations for sessions because the location is huge, there is plenty of free parking and it’s pretty close to my home. I’m constantly visiting with my daughter and photographing her in the different areas. Though we didn’t make it past the house for this family session, there is acres and acres more to see. Make sure to visit one day!
