Sarah Botta Photography Fall Mini Sessions 2020 were so popular this year, I ended up doing two rounds of mini sessions! One day in Manassas near my old home and one day near Winchester. Funny enough, on the first day of mini sessions, I photographed a lot of other photographers and the second day of mini sessions all but one family came from Northern Virginia for the session!!! Guys, I can’t even begin to tell you how thankful I am for all of you!! Some of you have been coming back year after year and now traveling to see me!!! A few of you have been coming to me every year for 6 years!! It’s hard to believe I’ve been photographing that long.
Day One: Fall Mini Sessions 2020
The first round of mini sessions was held near Manassas. We had a pretty gloomy day which was a little bit of a bummer because I love chasing all the light. However, I worked my magic and love these images!! Of the 6 families I photographed, 3 were photographers! I felt pretty flattered that they choose me to capture their fall family portraits, I’m not going to lie. I loved everyones outfit choices and two families children coincidentally had the same outfits but a different color!!! They both have fabulous taste!
Day Two: Fall Mini Sessions 2020
The second round of mini sessions was held near Winchester where I currently live and oddly enough all but one family traveled to this session from Northern Virginia except one!! That family has been with me from the very beginning and have had me photograph their family year after year for the last 6 years.
You’d never know by looking at the images but it got really cold!! The weather itself was gorgeous and we lucked out with the sunlight after having a lot of rain the days prior. I found the most beautiful location filled with fall colored trees. We had to dodge a few other people and the occasional car driving down that road to who knows where but all in all both days of Fall Mini Sessions 2020 were a huge success!!
